“The tech (Chris) showed up promptly at the appointment time. He was uniformed and had booties for his shoes, both of which gave me a boost of confidence. Chris was pleasant, professional and patient with my questions....all of which he answered. He walked me through what the service entailed and why each thing was being done. He also gave me all the options for continuing service (which I selected). It's only been a day or two, but I can already see that the spiders are pretty much gone. “Chris arrived on time, explained everything he was going to do, and even made sure our neighbor's dog was indoors while he was applying the treatment. Bugs are not my favorite and Chris was very patient in explaining the options in battling insects, including various pricing choices. Excellent. No more giant ant hills and no more mice in the house. I have been a customer for over a year and I participate in their year-round program to make sure the rodent problem doesn't happen again.
