- To sell Residential and Commercial Pest Management Programs.
- The Sales Representative must be able to work with customers to identify pest management issues, create solutions, and ensure a smooth sales process.
- The Sales Representative must possess advanced customer service skills and a working knowledge of the pest control industry.
- The Sales Representative must be able to communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner and be able to explain well and answer thoroughly all questions about the different features of 1st Response’s programs and services.
- Further, the Sales Representative must be flexible and persistent. The position may require working long hours, nights, and/or weekends, and not every customer is going to be a sale, so the ability to bounce back from rejection and stay positive are necessary requirements.
